Pricing

Special promotional prices have limited availability and may be adjusted until payment is finalised. Delayed payments could trigger price changes. Quoted rates exclude GST but include Australian delivery, basic design setup and the decoration specified in the product listing. Additional decoration choices may incur extra fees (discussed with you beforehand). Multiple shipping addresses will result in additional charges. Prices may fluctuate due to market conditions. We reserve the right to adjust or refund orders if a pricing discrepancy arises after payment.

Artwork

Logos should be submitted as vector files or high-resolution images; substandard files may require a redrawing fee. Artwork proofs accompany all orders (except repeat purchases) and must be approved before manufacturing begins. Once approved, modifications are not possible — please verify accuracy before sign-off. Any reprint expenses arising from approved artwork become the customer’s responsibility.

Colour Guidelines

Print and embroidery colours shown are approximate, and monitor displays vary. PMS colour codes improve matching accuracy when printing, though perfection isn’t guaranteed.

Product Images & Colours

Product photographs are illustrative only and may vary from the actual items. Screen displays may not reflect true product colours. If precise colour matching is essential, please order a physical sample beforehand.

Order Completion

Orders that fulfil at least 98% of the ordered quantity satisfy completion requirements. Any shortfall is refunded. We bear no responsibility for goods lost after delivery.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery timeframes may shift due to unforeseen circumstances, without refund provisions for the delay.

Express Dispatch

Next Day Dispatch requires payment and artwork approval by 11:00 AM on the preceding day.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation is not possible once artwork has been approved. Cancellations made before approval incur a $25 fee; cancellations after approval carry additional artwork charges.

Stock

Inventory operates on a first-paid / first-approved basis. Stock is reserved once payment and approval are complete. If stock is depleted, we will offer an alternative or a refund.

Shipping Information

Complete shipping details must accompany every order. Written confirmation is required for any modifications. Courier delays fall outside our responsibility.

Agreement

Placing an order, accepting a quote or authorising artwork constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
